How much do you love Marlene? Because you are beyond amazing as her. 😭To me, you are to Marlene what Johnny Depp is to Jack Sparrow. You do her so much justice and she’s absolutely yours ❤️😊

(( OOC: I. friggin. adore Marlene. I really couldn’t have predicted how much this character has run away with me, especially as in the grand scheme of things she’s someone I only started developing pretty recently.

But I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again – the thing that’s so great about Marlene is that we know nothing about her. Except for a few tiny clues in the books, the fandom has so much freedom to do with her what they like. So whilst my interpretation of Marlene is very clear in my head and comes across very strongly when I play her, other people can – and have – play her very differently.

There are SO MANY amazing “Marlenes” that I have seen in this community… @askwhathasthiscometo will always own my heart, and I’ve seen others such as @askmischiefmanaged, @masksofmickey, @slytherinstation and @asklilyevanss do incredibly original and unique adaptations of the character which I highly encourage you to check out.

My Marlene is mine… but Marlene McKinnon is a gem and she belongs to EVERYBODY. Just like every other character in the HP universe. ))
